Galerie Půda je nezisková organizace, která dává studentům a absolventům vysokých uměleckých škol možnost prezentovat své projekty zcela po svém, nikterak nezasahuje do koncepcí umělců. Snahou galerie je obsáhnout co nejširší spektrum používaných médií od malby, kresby, objektů, instalací až po videoart ve specifickém půdním prostoru.
Výstavní prostor nabízí možnost setkat se s aktuálním mladým uměním “ve středu”, mezi Prahou a Brnem.
The gallery Půda is a non-profit organisation which gives students and graduates of academies of fine arts an opportunity to present their projects their own way and doesn’t interfere in the artists’ conceptions. In its specific attic space, the gallery attempts to encompass as a wide spectrum of media as possible, ranging from painting, drawing or objects to installations and videoart. This exhibition space offers an opportunity to meet the contemporary young art halfway between Prague and Brno.
